How to Clean a Laptop Screen

Laptop screens have the most uncanny ability to collect dirt and grime. When I have to clean my laptop screen, it’s usually because of a combination of little coffee splatters (I take my coffee with cream), cat hair, and cat nose and foot prints (they like to try to kill the cursor.) I truly believe that my cats exist for the sole purpose of making me clean laptop screen surfaces. The nice thing though, is that if you know how to correctly clean your laptop screen, it’s a pretty quick process. I would even go so far as to say that, even if you have greasy fingered children that you share your laptop with, after you read this article you will be able to clean laptop screen surfaces in under five minutes. So, take a little time out of your busy schedule, have a quick read of this article, and learn the proper methods for how to clean a laptop screen.

How to Clean Your System

I have a bad habit of doing bad things to my body. I smoke cigars (among other things), drink beer and bourbon, eat red met, eat chips and other processed crap, drink soda, and love it. My body, however, does not. And every now and then it lets me know it’s time to take a step back from the things I love and take on the task of detoxing my system. In all actuality, it’s not too bad. Some aspects of cleaning your system are great. You get to eat delicious foods and drink tasty juices. And after you cleanse your system, you feel great. The problem you might run into is that you may not know how to flush your system properly. Luckily for you, through years of abuse and a bunch of research, I’ve learned how to clean out system impurities pretty effectively. If you would like to know how to clear your system out, check out my latest article: How to Clean Your System.

How to Clean Blinds

Apparently, and for reasons unbeknownst to me, people absolutely detest the chore of cleaning blinds. I certainly don’t love the task, but I wouldn’t call it detestable. If you have to clean blinds, you have to clean blinds. It’s just one of those things. In fact, it can be kinda fun. Especially if they are dusty enough that you can write little childish messages into the dust like “poop” or “your momma” before washing it all away. Actually, I think the biggest reason people don’t like doing it is that they simply don’t know how to clean blinds properly. And of course, that is why you’re here. Cleaning window blinds is actually quite easy. It takes a little time, but it’s easy. I think, once you get going on it, that you’ll be surprised at how forgiving some types of blinds (mini blinds, venetian blinds, vertical blinds) can be. Well, lets get started then. Check out my article: How to Clean Blinds.

How to Clean Plastic

Plastic, invented in the mid 1800’s, has become part of our everyday lives. The stuff is absolutely everywhere. A person can’t even fart without having the fumes come into contact with something made of or with plastic. While in some ways I am morally opposed to plastic (the amount of time it takes for the stuff to biodegrade is frightening), there are some undeniable benefits to the stuff. Besides that, it ain’t going anywhere. So, in the interest of convincing people to keep their plastic pieces around for awhile instead of just tossing them in the dumpster and buying new ones, I’ve put together this article. It’s actually surprisingly easy to clean plastic. With a little time and patience, cleaning plastic can be done from home using things you’ve probably got already. So, if you’re ready to learn how to wash plastic, check out my article How to Clean Plastic.

How to Clean Walls

I know a thing or two about how to clean walls. The two worst experiences I’ve had with dirty walls both occurred while I was renting apartments up in Bemidji MN. The first these, when we moved in, aside from having little nasty dirty hand prints all over hell, was also riddled with spit balls. I did my wall cleaning in that building wearing a dust mask, a wide brimmed hat, and rubber gloves. It was disgusting. The other place I lived in that suffered from a severe lack of any clean wall surfaces was just a few blocks away and had what appeared to be poop smears on the bedroom wall. I would like to believe they were paint smears, but I can’t. It washed off too easily. When it comes to cleaning walls in apartments, those two were definitely the worst. But pretty much every place I’ve lived in (current apartment excluded) has required me to put my knowledge of how to clean painted walls to use. If you would like to know how to clean walls and how to wash walls…please…check out this article.

How to Clean Shoes

I have some severe problems when it comes to shoes. I love them…way too much. I, without question, have way more shoes than my wife does. And I’m a guy. But hey, I’m proud of it. Shoes don’t just keep your feet nice and safe and comfortable, they also look good. And let me tell you, I know how to keep them looking good. I can clean shoes like nobodies business. In fact, if I were to have an Indian name it would probably be: He Who is Always Cleaning Shoes. OK. I’m not always doing it. But when the need arises for me to clean my shoes, I can do it, and do it well. I’m sending this one out to all the ladies in the house. Actually, screw that. Boys, this is for you too. Just because you have a penis doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the most comfortable foot ware on the face of the earth. As comfortable as they are, they do have one problem. They get dirty. Not that other types of boots don’t. But, if you don’t know the proper methods for how to clean Uggs, you can cause damage to them. And because they’re so expensive, you will want to be very careful when it becomes time for cleaning UggsCleaning sheepskin boots is a delicate process. How to Clean Glasses

I have the hardest glasses in the world to keep clean. They have plastic lenses, little ridges that harbor facial oils and grime, and they attract dust like there’s no tomorrow. And since I’m not one to go to the optometrist very often, I’ve been wearing this same pair of glasses for about five years now. So, needless to say, I’ve gotten really good at cleaning glasses. Luckily for you, my method of cleaning eyeglasses involves no rocket science, just a (very) little time. I used to clean glasses by breathing on the lenses and wiping them down with whatever shirt I happened to be wearing at the time. As it turns out, that’s not the best method. It may remove some of dirt and grease, but it also pushes little bits of grit around the lenses that scratch the hell out of ‘em. How to Clean Jewelry

When it comes to cleaning jewelry, many people are of a mind that it simply doesn’t matter what they use. Jewelry seems like pretty tough stuff. It is, after all, made of seemingly strong materials such as metal and stones. However, most of the metals used in jewelry are fairly soft. This makes them susceptible to damage and discoloration from harsh chemicals such as bleach and ammonia. Gemstones are the same way. Many of them are a lot softer than you would think. With that being said, when it comes time to clean jewelry with gemstones, you need to be extra careful. Some gemstones are quite soft and can be irreparably damaged when proper jewelry cleaning practices aren’t followed. Knowing how to clean jewelry properly is very important for keeping those sentimental bits of beauty looking good. If you’re looking to clean gold jewelry, clean silver jewelry, clean copper jewelry or any other type of jewelry without causing it any damage, I strongly recommend you read this article.
